The Fabulous Fossil Rockers is a true “Early Rock” cover band formed in 2025 that plays only unforgettable early classic rock hits from the mid-1950s through the mid-1970s. The songs that we play are almost universally recognized and loved by audiences of all ages because most of them have been used in movies, commercials, or TV shows. These are the songs that you've heard so many times that you know almost every word of the song as you sing along. They're also songs that were uber-popular all during the two decades before real rock and roll died in the mid-70s. You know the type of songs that I'm talking about, songs that had a beat that you could dance to, and lyrics that you could sing to your mother. Rest in peace, rock and roll!
Each member of the band has decades of experience, and we've all been playing in bands since we were teenagers. The early days of rock and roll was a turning point in the music of America. All of the members of the FFR Band were old enough to have been in bands, and performed many of the songs on our song list when they were first released. We're having more fun performing them at this time in our lives than any of us ever thought possible, and we do our best to share that joy with our audience.
The FFR has recently re-grouped, and I've removed all of the audio samples that were previously on the website since they were no longer valid. New audio samples will be added soon with our new awesome lead singer/front man, Glenn Anthony. Stay tuned!

The original art of the “Fabulous Fossil Rockers Band” was painted by the national, and internationally known primitive art painter, Tristan Skye, of Boulder, Colorado. Tristan's art is sold in galleries throughout the country, and is very popular in Europe and the Far East, especially Japan. We're so fortunate that Tristan is a fan of the band, and has agreed to let us use his painting as our official LOGO.
