The “Fabulous Fossil Rockers” is a true “Early Rock” cover band formed in early 2026 that plays only unforgettable early classic rock hits from the mid-1950s through the mid-1970s. The songs that we play are almost universally recognized and loved by audiences of all ages because many of them continue to be used in movies, commercials, or TV shows.
These are the songs that you've heard so many times that you remember almost every word as you sing along. You know the type of songs that I'm talking about, songs that have a beat that you can dance to, and lyrics that you can sing to your mother.
Each member of the band has decades of experience, and we've all been playing in bands since we were teenagers. The early days of rock and roll was a turning point in the music of America. All of the members of the FFR Band are old enough to have been in bands, and performed many of the songs on our song list when they were first released.
If the songs sound very familiar to you, that's because in instead of a drummer, we use the drum and percussion tracks from the original songs. It's surprising how much having the proper drum beat can make a song sound exactly like you remember hearing it.
All of the vocals on our songs are sung live by the three members of the band, and all of the instruments that you hear, including, pianos, organs, strings, horns, flutes, etc, come from the vast number of instrument sounds on the two performance synthesizers that I play.
Thanks for checking us out, and we're looking forward to seeing and meeting you in the coming months and years,
