The “Fabulous Fossil Rockers” is a true “Early Rock” cover band  formed in early 2026 that plays only unforgettable early classic rock hits from the mid-1950s through the mid-1970s. The songs that we play are almost universally recognized and loved by audiences of all ages because many of them have been used in movies, commercials, or TV shows. 
 
These are the songs that you've heard so many times that you remember almost every word as you sing along. You know the type of songs that I'm talking about, songs that have a beat that you can dance to, and lyrics that you can sing to your mother. 
 
Each member of the band has decades of experience, and we've all been playing in bands since we were teenagers. The early days of rock and roll was a turning point in the music of America. All of the members of the FFR Band are old enough to have been in bands, and performed many of the songs on our song list when they were first released. 
 
Instead of having a drummer and a rhythm guitar player, the FFRB uses backing tracks recorded from the original songs with all of the instrument tracks muted, except for the drum, percussion, rhythm guitar, and background orchestra accompaniment. 

All of the vocals on our songs are sung live by the three members of the band, and in addition to the bass, the other instruments that you hear, including, pianos, organs, horns, and all other solo instruments, come from two performance synthesizers played live. 

The result is that when we play the songs, they sound almost identical to how the audience remembers hearing them on the original recordings.
